About Moving Mountains for Mighty Max

Moving Mountains for Mighty Max is committed to raising $2.8 mil CAD to help Max Sych access Zolgensma - the most expensive one-time dose therapy in the world.

Who is Mighty Max?

Watch his story here: https://bit.ly/3739apb

Born at 25 weeks weighing only 1 lb 11 oz, Max has been a fighter long before his due date. Max now faces his biggest challenge yet, the diagnosis of Type II Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). SMA is a rare neuromuscular disease which leads to a progressive loss of muscle strength that affects the ability to walk, swallow and breathe.

Max’s best chance at being able to walk and live a long and healthy life depends on receiving a dose of Zolgensma - a one-time treatment that is not approved or funded by Health Canada and must be administered as soon as possible.
