About Our Auction
Now you can support the Washington, DC high school students' mentoring experience in the Mentors, Inc. program by sponsoring an activity or item, or simply making a donation toward that activity or item!
Sponsors actually get their name associated with the item, such as "Mentors, Inc. Career Exploration Adventures 2018, sponsored by ACME Corporation," and have their name listed as such on all written and online promotions (inquire from a staff member if this is your interest). Other donors can simply contribute through this online auction to support programming!
About Mentors, Inc.
Did you know that Mentors, Inc. is the first mentoring organization in Washington, DC? The first 30 years matched over 4,000 DC high school teens with mentors for a community-based one-on-one relationship. Now, the student experience evolves with the "Mentoring Road Map," a one-year journey focused on career exploration with STEM. Help all 100 students we'll serve this year enjoy all the benefits the Mentoring Road Map has to offer! You can add a push to our students' trajectory for years to come.
Our goal is high school graduation for our seniors, followed by enrollment in post-secondary education or training, and our new goal of helping 8th graders transition from middle to high school so that graduation actually becomes an opportunity.
