Charity Tench Fish-In for Macmillan Cancer Support

Each year we hold a charity fish-in at Lymmvale in Cheshire and raise thousands of pounds for our nominated charity. This years charity is Macmillan Cancer Support and we are delighted to offer a number of auction items and fund raising initiatives for you to contribute to this very worthy cause.

This auction will start with lots 1 of 2 collections of traditional handmade floats complete with a glorious hand painted Mr Crabtree wooden presentation box. There are approximately 20 handmade floats in each box covering most situations and made from traditional materials such as porcupine, peacock, goose & crow quills plus Norfolk reed, balsa and cork.

We would like to thank the float makers who kindly donated to help raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support - Ian Lewis, Roy Sell, Stuart Broughton, David Mehmet and Richard The Fox thanks chaps this auction would not have been possible without your fantastic floats donated free of charge!! Also a big thank you to all our other donors your generosity has been outstanding.

Good luck to all bidders, the auction will run for 3 weeks until the eve of the Tench Fish-In and will be promoted via the Lymm Angling Clubs website and Facebook pages, further lots will be added as we receive them from our benefactors please get in touch if you're able to help.
