About Our Auction

This is the Second Silent Auction for Graham Middle School being held in conjunction with the Spring Fling 2015. All funds raised will be used toward things such as technology and curriculum for Common Core, Teacher supplies, furniture and items needed in remodeled classrooms.

Live Event Information

The Graham Spring Fling Auction bidding will continue to a live event at the Spring Fling, 12-4pm, Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Graham. The online auction ends Friday, April 24 at 8:30 pm. When the online auction closes and you have purchased a 'buy it now' item you will receive an email confirming your win and explaining how to pay. For those items which are 'bid up', if you are the leading bidder,' you will receive an email letting you know that the bidding for this item continues during the Spring Fling. If you want to continue bidding, you must attend the event and place your bids on the bid sheets at the auction tables. If you are unable to attend the live auction at Spring Fling, you ask a friend to bid for you at the event.

Payment: If you can attend the Spring Fling, you can pay at the auction checkout table with cash, check or credit card through Square. If you cannot attend the event, you will receive an email detailing the items you have won and your invoice. You have the option to 'pay now' using an online payment through Paypal. Please know this is an expensive option for the PTA and if there is any way you can pay using one the "in-person" options detailed below we'd appreciate it.
Payment options:
1. Go to the Spring Fling and pay at the auction check out table. Cash, Check and Visa/Master card accepted.
2. Deliver a check to the school office. Note: "For Auction Chairs" on the envelope. Once that is received, you will be notified to pick up your items at the office or receive them through your student.
3. Pay online using the Paypal interface detailed above. Most costly for Graham PTA.

Item pickup: If paying at the Spring Fling, you will receive your item(s) immediately. If you pay online, you will be notified of pick up times from the Graham School Office or through another means which will be noted in the email communication. If you have purchased spot at a teacher event or an adult event, it is your responsibility to note it on your calendar and show up at the event or contact the teacher in charge.

Remember the spirit of this auction is a fund raiser for Graham Middle School. Please bid carefully, the PTA is not in a position to offer refunds. You can always sell your spot or item privately if you cannot use it or consider it a donation.
