GMUC Spring Into Summer

Spring into Summer with our very first online silent auction fundraiser for our Renovations Fund. Since our Church has been closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, fundraising has been difficult. The money raised from this silent auction will help pay for construction costs including the energy efficient aspects of our new addition: a ductless heat pump and A/C, hydronic in-floor heating system, R60 insulation, and LED pot lights.

Since 1849, the Glen Morris United Church has held religious services and hosted secular events. We serve the village of Glen Morris and surrounding area providing a meeting hall, licenced kitchen, and accessible washrooms. We are the only building in Glen Morris able to accommodate people with mobility needs in a safe and welcoming space. This past year, we added a 750 sq. ft. fully accessible vestibule and office/meeting room bringing our Church structure in full conformance with accessibility standards.
