2015 FCCPTA Scholarship Fund Drive

The proceeds of this auction will help to support the Fairfax County Council PTA's (FCCPTA) Scholarship program.

FCCPTA awards scholarships to graduating Fairfax County high school students planning to attend an accredited college/university for the 2015/16 academic year. The FCCPTA Scholarships will be awarded to students who, among other traits, demonstrate responsibility, character, and leadership during their high school career. For example, students participate in school clubs or school sports teams, support family goals, are active in non-profit organizations, or volunteer in the community.

The Fairfax County Council PTA (FCCPTA) awards the Catherine A. Belter Memorial Scholarship to a graduating Fairfax County high school student planning to enter the field of education or other child related field at an accredited college/university for the 2015/16 academic year.

A powerful voice for all children; A relevant resource for families and communities; and a strong advocate for the education, health, and well-being of every child. Fairfax County Council of PTAs (FCCPTA) shall cultivate meaningful partnerships among stakeholders (i.e., parents, students, school system, and community) while serving as the primary resource for parent advocacy and involvement within Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS).
