About Our Auction

Empty Bowls Detroit Celebrity Bowl Auction works in conjunction with the efforts and events of Empty Bowls Detroit, an outreach of Assumption Greek Orthodox Church to benefit the efforts and work of Cass Community Social Services to feed the hungry in Detroit.

See the bowls in person at one our Empty Bowls Detroit 2017 events on March 3, 2017 at Eastern Market Shed 5 (21 and over), or Assumption Empty Bowls on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in St. Clair Shores, MI. Tickets can be purchased for either event at www.emptybowlsdetroit.com

All bowls are decorated by artists and signed by the listed celebrity, unless otherwise noted. Celebrity bowls are memorabilia, NOT food safe and should not be used for food or other purposes. While every effort is made to protect and maintain the signatures, Empty Bowls Detroit, Cass Community Social Services and Assumption Greek Orthodox Church are not responsible for any degradation of the signatures which may occur in transit.

Winning bidder accepts celebrity bows in AS IS condition. All Sales Are Final.


About Cass Community Social Services

Cass Community Social Services (CCSS) was established as a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) in 2002. Prior to that many of its programs started as a part of Cass Community United Methodist Church.

The Detroit-based agency works across the City in areas of concentrated poverty providing programs for food, health, housing and jobs.
