Burger & Bevies Night with COEFS

It is with great excitement that we invite you to join us for our Burger & Bevies Night at Rose’s Waterfront Pub on Thursday September 28th, 2017 from 6 pm to 9 pm. You can participate in person at the event or online. All proceeds from the auction will go towards our critical trauma and prevention programs.

Last year alone we served 3,485 clients and had 18,528 inquiries come through our agency. Rising client demand has not always been matched by rising funding, thus clients are placed on waitlists for trauma counseling, therapy, and our prevention programs. All of our programs are running at full capacity.

Our agency is the only agency in the Central Okanagan offering free therapeutic counselling for sexual violence survivors. We currently have a wait list of 35 individuals for our Trauma Therapy counselling program. These individuals have experienced sexual assault or sexual abuse and require our support to start the healing process.

To bring about an end to violence, eliminate poverty and seek justice for women & children here in the Central Okanagan Valley.

We raise funds for the Central Okanagan Elizabeth Fry Society to support the services it offers women & children in our community.

We look to generate awareness of our cause as we go about our daily lives.
