Darrel Holliday Ranch 2016 Bull Sale

** WE ARE ACCEPTING PRIVATE TREATY OFFERS ON ALL UNSOLD BULLS **

DO NOT BE SCARED BY THE LIST PRICE, GIVE US A CALL AND WE WILL WORK SOMETHING OUT WITH YOU :)

This annual bull sale is set up as an internet/online silent auction. The online auction format allows you to bid in the privacy of your own home without having to travel and be absent from your own operation. We encourage you to stop by the ranch and view the sale offering at any time. Pictures and Videos will be available of each lot.
You can start bidding and buying as early as February 16th with all bids ending at 9pm on March 11th with a horse race style finish. Meaning if there is any activity on one or more of the lots within 3 minutes of closing then all lots will remain open until there is no further activity.
Just create an account and jump in (be sure to check your email junk folder for the confirmation emails). You will be notified by email if you are top bidder or if you have been outbid. You also have the option to “Buy Now” on any of the Bulls and skip the bidding process. If the auction has ended but you still want a Bull, all Bulls left over after the auction ends on March 11th will be sold private treaty by contacting us.
To see delivery and sale terms click on any lot and view it in their description.
You can't go wrong with our bull progeny. Easy calving, cheap to raise, more money at sales, and long lasting endurance combined with the calm natured demeanor makes the cattle of Darrel Holliday Ranch an ideal choice.

About Darrel Holliday Ranch Inc.

The Holliday Ranch bought their original purebred Red Angus herd from the Blue Jay baseball team in 1978. Over the past 35 years the bulls have become genetically-wired to breed high quality calves with *Low Birth Weight, *High Daily Gain, and *High Weaning Weights. The low birth weights allow calving ease and ensures less problems for the birthing mothers (and less work during calving season for you!) The calves have a high daily gain average giving them an incredible heavy weaning weight average. This allows ranchers to save more cattle during calving and still receive a high profit at sale.
Not to mention the incredible Maintenance Energy (ME) and Stayability (STAY) they produce. Our cattle are not pampered or barn kept, they are strong and hard working, free range fed through the summer on 40,000 acres of Forest Service permit land, and wintered on meadow ground while fed a previous year's hay mix. This raising environment gives our cattle independent survival skills and durable healthy hooves. Our great ME scores allow cattle to maintain and gain weight on the least amount of feed and our STAY shows that with our Bulls your herd will stay successfully productive for many years to come.
