Dazzle Marlborough 2018 - Silent Auction

Dazzle Marlborough is the major fundraising event for Graeme Dingle Foundation Marlborough. Funds raised from this event are needed for the delivery of our proven programmes that reach over 2,200 Marlborough young people every week.

The fundraising target for Dazzle Marlborough 2018 is $65,000 - and this will be used exclusively to benefit kids in the Marlborough region. The success of Dazzle Marlborough stems from the collaboration of local, community-minded people and businesses - our local partners really understand and support the value of what we do. Graeme Dingle Foundation Marlborough is almost 100% funded by the Marlborough community.

Dazzle Marlborough will see top Marlborough chefs present a 5-course degustation menu and wine paired from throughout the region, together with a fashion show, charity auction and live music - hosted in the Wither Hills barrel hall. The auction is a significant fundraising aspect of the evening and a prime way guests and members of the community can show their support for the cause.

Help Marlborough's young people discover, what they have inside is greater than any obstacle.

In our programmes kids learn the soft skills needed to be successful in the workforce and communities of the future. Every week, we work directly with over 2,200 Marlborough young people across 14 local schools and colleges. We equip our young people for the future by developing self-belief, resilience, integrity, the strategies to build strong relationships and by helping them understand career pathways available to them.

An incredible group of committed and connected Marlborough organisations partner with us to support the children and young people of Marlborough. The collaborative nature of Dazzle Marlborough cannot be overstated: in 2017 over 60 local businesses contributed to the evening which was enjoyed by 180 guests. Together contributors and guests raised over $35,000 for Graeme Dingle Foundation Marlborough programmes in Marlborough. This aided the introduction of our Kiwi Can programme to a further four primary schools in 2018 - an outstanding result.
