Twilight Carnivale Fundraising Auction

BPPS P&C are fundraising to "put the adventure back in to our adventure playground"!

Our annual fete, Twilight Carnivale, is an important part of meeting our core objectives of creating community connections and promoting student wellbeing.

With lots of input and support, we continue to work toward these goals.
This year, we have added this online auction component to our fete, to try to broaden options for different ways of and people to, show their support.

We thank you deeply for contributing to the living and learning of students at Banora Point Primary School!

A little about our adventure playground dream:
A unique facility for children of a broad range of ages, physical capacity and cognitive ability.
This project will:
- Engage children in new and different social interactions. Providing stimuli and spaces unlike existing play-spaces in the area;
- Challenge children to engage in physically stimulating play. Providing interesting, challenging and achievable obstacles, equipment and spaces;
- Encourage cognitive growth. Providing interactive play-spaces that flow together and allow for exploration, adjustment, problem solving, and self-propelled learning.
Every visit to this playground will be a slightly different experience each time, as children change the space through play, and grow in body and mind.

BPPS Parents & Citizens Association has been supporting, promoting and improving the education, recreation and welfare of students for almost 100 years. The P&C has donated over $150,000 to BPPS in the last decade.
Currently our goal is to "put the adventure back in to our adventure playgound".
As the school has grown in number over the years, it has had to make way for buildings and structures, and lost play and sporting space, and natural shade.
We ambitiously seek to remedy this situation with your support, to create a place for our children and community to enjoy.
