Welcome to our Spring Social's Online Auction!

Bid to win exclusive Beachland experiences, summer camps, date nights, art, gift certificates and more. Every winning bid helps us support Beachland Elementary!

Here are some specific examples of how your donations directly benefit Beachland:

• Providing $150 to each classroom and support teacher who joins the PTA
• $1000 for the Fifth Grade Class Gift
• Field trip transportation assistance for all grade levels
• The Beachland Grant Program which is available to all teachers and staff
• Free family events such as OSC Family Science Night, Fall Festival/Trunk-or-Treat, Donuts with Grownups, Muffins in the Morning, Coastal Connections Family Beach Clean-Up, and more
• Schoolwide events like the End of Year Celebration (Bubble Truck in May 2024)
• Recess equipment for all grade levels
• Supporting staff hospitality through events like Welcome Back Staff Breakfast and School Supply Cart
• Beachland Beautification
• Funding rewards for the school’s PBIS Program

AUCTION INFORMATION

A proxy bid allows you to enter the maximum amount you're willing to spend with the goal of winning the item at the lowest possible price. The system will bid for you, up to your maximum proxy bid amount, as additional bids are entered on the item. Rest assured, your maximum proxy bid amount is never exposed to anyone other than you during the online auction.

An exact bid is the amount you want the item's current selling price to immediately jump to. Your bid amount will not change as additional bids are entered on the item.

Extended bidding will be an option for all items. If there is a bid in the last three minutes of the auction, an additional three minutes will automatically be added to the closing of that item. This process will repeat itself until no additional bids are received in the last three minutes for each item. Extended bidding final closing time is based on last-minute bidding and may differ for each item.

If you receive the winning bid for an item, you will receive notification and an invoice. If you want to make an additional donation, you can add that amount to your invoice total.

The Beachland PTA is a group of volunteers serving the Beachland Elementary community. Our mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children at Beachland Elementary. We achieve this through community engagement events, teacher and classroom support, and funding and volunteer support to various programs throughout the school year.
