About Our Auction
Local Artists have painted umbrellas that will premier during the weekend of June 10th at Westival ,a community band festival. The festival will be held at Alum Creek Park in Westerville Ohio. The umbrellas will shelter viewers from the sun from 12 until 9pm that evening.
* In person bids will be taken at the event that day.
*After that bids will be made online at this site starting Monday, June 12 at noon.
* The umbrellas will be available for viewing every Friday night in Uptown. They will be located in front of or in windows of sponsoring businesses.
You may see them until the bidding concludes the weekend of the Westerville Art's Festival July 7 & 8.
* Saturday July 8th at midnight will be the final bid.
****Moneys earned from this auction will be used to provide stipends to pay artists, musicians and expenses for other Uptown Friday Night events.
