The Nathaniel J. Williams Foundation does business as Assistance Canine Training Services or A.C.T.S. We are an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization with puppy raisers, breeder caretakers, and trainers in seven towns in the Lakes Region and White Mountains of New Hampshire.
