About Delaware Thoroughbred Horsemen's Assc - Pac
This year the Delaware Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association (DTHA) will be hosting our last chance Stallion Auction January 26 , 2017 - January 30, 2017. We would like to thank you in advance for your generous support as we work diligently to sustain horseracing, increase the number of mares bred in order to increase our foal crop and protect purse revenues while educating legislators about what horseracing brings to their state.
