Village At The Peaks - Demo Experience

The Groundbreaking and Demolition event for Village At The Peaks is scheduled for August 1st. Prior to the event developers will be doing Helicopter tours with City officials. In an effort to raise money for I Have A Dream, Village At The Peaks is auctioning off 3 seats in the Demolition Experience. The 3 highest bidders will take a guided Helicopter tour of the project site with the developers and city officials. Each auction winner will also have a chance to sit in the excavator with the demolition crew as they begin the deconstruction of the former Twin Peaks Mall.

Village At The Peaks is a shopping center development in Longmont, CO that has partnered with the Boulder County Chapter of I Have A Dream to enrich the lives of challenged youth in the surrounding communities.

As the Village Of The Peaks project begins construction, NewMark Merrill Mountain States (the owner and developer of the project) is committed to serving the needs of the I Have A Dream foundation before, during and beyond construction.
