TLC's Annual Silent Auction!

This year TLC is holding BOTH an online and a live silent auction. We hope our online auction will give folks who cannot attend our production of 'Mary Poppins' a chance to participate in our annual fundraiser. We also hope that going online will give our community more time to peruse and shop for items in the comfort of their own homes, on smart phones, and tablets.

TLC's annual all-school musical production and auction are TLC's primary fundraisers. We hope you will help us continue to provide an outstanding education to elementary students in the Black Mountain and Asheville area and have some fun at the same time by participating in our online auction. We have had so many wonderful items donated to our auction this year. Each item has a "Donated By" link attached to the item. Please click on the link to go to the donor's website to learn more about them. We encourage you to support the businesses that support TLC!

AUCTION DATES:
Online Auction: March 25-April 18
Silent Auction: April 24, 25, 26 at Owen High School cafeteria

HOW THE AUCTION WORKS:
Online Auction:
You can bid online from March 25-April 18.
Any items that are purchased online using the "Buy Now" option go to the person who purchased the item. (They will either be shipped to you or you can pick up the item at the school on a specified date.)
Silent Auction:
Any items remaining in the online auction after the 18th, will automatically move to the Silent Auction held during the musical. The highest bidder at the close of the Silent Auction, gets the item. You can take your item home with you at the end of the auction on April 26th, or pick your item up at the school on a specified date.

Don't want to bid but still want to contribute? You can just select the "Donate Money" button on our silent auction and make a tax-deductible donation to our school using your credit card.

Items that have not been sold via the "Buy Now" option will be moved to the live auction held in conjunction with our production of 'Mary Poppins' on April 24, 25, 26. Online bids will transfer to the bid sheets at the live auction. If your online bid is the highest after the live event, you will be contacted for payment and pick up.
