About Sit With Me Shelter Dog Rescue
We are a dog rescue located in Ottawa, Ontario. We rely on our amazing foster families who care for our dogs in their loving homes rather than a shelter or kennel. We pay for all vetting through donations and fundraising, and we rely heavily on the local community for support.
We do not discriminate based on breed, age, lack of manners, medical background or current medical state. Animals that need us most are our top priority. Those who are in jeopardy of losing their lives due to a lack of resources in a shelter, or are at risk of euthanasia in a local clinic will be the dogs we seek out for rescue.
