Restaurants For Wishes - Benefiting Make-A-Wish MI

The Redford Jaycees are sponsoring this tournament to determine the most popular Downtown restaurant to raise money to help grant wishes for kids with life-threatening illnesses. All you have to do is go out to eat! There will be two days to show your support for your favorite Downtown Redford restaurant. The "Playoffs" are Thursday July 23, 2015, and the "Finals" will be held Thursday, July 30.

In addition to getting to eat great food, we've collected donations from around the community, and have put together some great prize packages. These gifts will be up for auction during the event, and the winners will not only be taking home a great prize, but will have the satisfaction of helping Make-A-Wish Michigan.

The Redford Jaycees are one local chapter which is part of the larger State of Michigan Jaycees. The Michigan Jaycees are part of the U.S. Jaycees, who ultimately belong to the worldwide organization, JCI, or JC International. The Vision of the Local Chapter is to become the organization of choice for young people, providing direction and leadership to our communities and the nation. The Mission of the Local Chapter is to provide young people the opportunity to develop personal and leadership skills through local community service and organizational involvement while expanding the Jaycees movement.
