MISCA 2019 Auction

Working in conjunction with Monhegan Plantation and Monhegan Associates in 2012, MISCA acquired two build-able lots known as the meadow lots. Both offer spectacular views to the south and west and are protected from cold northerly winds. Both lots are currently available to qualified MISCA members.

In an effort to make these lots more affordable to build on, this year's auction will go towards putting needed infrastructure in place.

The Monhegan Island Sustainable Community Association (MISCA) is a tax deductible 501-c-3 organization. Founded in 2002, we aim to preserve the year-round culture of Monhegan Island by purchasing existing residential property on the Island and making it available to year-round Island residents at below-market prices in perpetuity.

This online auction will transition into a live event. The Live auction will take place on Sunday August 11th, 2019 from 2-4pm at the Monhegan School.
