About Our Auction

March for Science Sacramento is assembling some of Sacramento's finest local musicians, artists, and comedians to hold a benefit in support of SCIENCE.

Our auction will be completed in-person at the March For Science Sacramento Benefit Show to be held:

Friday, July 27th | 8PM - 11PM (Auction closes 10PM!)
Old Ironsides Bar, 1901 10th Street, Sacramento, CA
Musical performances and comedy by local activist artists!
Ages 21+ only!

At 8PM on July 27th, the online portion of our auction will be closed and bids will be transferred to paper sheets to allow our event attendees one last chance to bid. Join us at the Benefit Show to ensure your online bid is the winning bid!

Facts matter when it comes to building good government policies for the environment, education and public health. That's why each year thousands of people appear at the Sacramento capitol (along with millions nationally) to tell politicians to support education and fact-based policy. Your support through our auction will directly fund our annual event at the Capitol and help us pay for the event's permits, toilets, and security (among other costs).

These amazing items have been donated by companies, artists, and other nonprofits to help March for Science Sacramento raise money and support our annual march. Because our team is all-volunteer, you know your contribution will go directly to the material costs of our annual event.

Come throw back a drink and kick your heels up for SCIENCE!

About March for Science Sacramento

March for Science Sacramento is a 501(c)3 nonprofit project in support of fact-based policy and robust public funding for research, development and education in sciences and math. Each year we hold a rally at the Capitol for Californians to raise their voices in support of science and the environment. Facts MATTER, and we believe that our government should make its laws and policies based on facts and backed by science.

We are a completely volunteer-run project, so all of your contributions support our annual event at the Capitol.
