MEECO Conference

"The MEECO Institute™ was formed in August 2016 as a 501(c) 3 non-profit in the area of education. Our focus in specifically in the areas of “Employment Science.”

The Institute offers an annual MEECO Designation which distinguishes organizations that have achieved excellence through weaving executive coaching, employee enhancement, and corporate culture into the fabric of their state of being"

We also look forward to organizations’ continuous involvement and in helping other organizations to increase the leadership commitment in “employment science.” This commitment is displayed in various ways among them is by attending on-line meetings, attending next year’s conference and by participating in the development of a repository of information for the field through shared research and conversations.
