Junior Achievement plays a pivotal role in producing the next generation of confident, self-sufficient, and successful employees and entrepreneurs to fuel not only their own growth but also that of our entire community. Lessons focus on financial literacy, workforce readiness skills, and entrepreneurship, all designed to enhance students’ academic and career success for K-12th grade students. And there’s never a cost to the school: all program funding is provided through corporate and individual donors – like you!

JA envisions a world where young people have the skillset and mindset to build thriving communities through learning experiences that focus on three critical life skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness. These learning experiences help students connect with what they learn in school to life outside of the classroom and reach their potential. JA’s strategy is to recruit corporate and community volunteers who serve as mentors and role models to deliver the statistically proven JA curriculum to students in their classrooms or virtually during the school day.
