About Our Auction
All dollars raised in this silent auction will be donated to the Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) Coalition research grant program. The goal for this silent auction is $10,000! The overall goal is to help the Coalition raise $25,000,000 by 2022 so researchers can have a treatment or cure for this terminal disease by 2029 - a goal stated by the leading researcher studying this disease.
About Gettin'The Word Out! on MSA
The goals of this are three fold. First, we want to bring awareness to the devastating disease multiple system atrophy (MSA).
Second, we want to raise funds for the Multiple System Atrophy Coalition's research grant program. The MSA Coalition is a 501(c)3 organization with four pillars to its mission statement; support, education, advocacy and research. It has received four stars from Charity Navigator and is rated a 2023 Top-Rated Non-Profit by Great Non-Profits.
The third goal is to put these gifts in someone else's hands, whether for themselves or as a Christmas present to a friend or family member. Those with the highest bid when the auction closes on December 15 will receive the item in time for Christmas giving - or receiving!
