About Our Auction
In conjuction with the Empty Bowls fundraising event to fight hunger hosted by Assumption Greek Orthodox Church and Sugar Hill Clay to benefit Cass Community Social Services.
Each of the bowls signed and decorated by our celebrities was crafted by hand by potter William J. Harning. Mr. Harning can be reached at w.j.harning@gmail.com.
About Cass Community Social Services
Cass Community Social Services (CCSS) was established as a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) in 2002. Prior to that many of its programs started as a part of Cass Community United Methodist Church.
The Detroit-based agency works across the City in areas of concentrated poverty providing programs for food, health, housing and jobs.
