Evergreen Garden Playschool is a not for profit Waldorf preschool and kindergarten in Central Massachusetts.

Evergreen Garden Playschool is a Waldorf Early Childhood Program. We are a community that fosters the growth of young children, parents, and the joint adventure they undertake – family. We see ourselves as dedicated solely to the unique period of a child’s life called early childhood, birth to age seven. In this stage of life, children learn primarily through imitation. We strive to create rich learning environments providing young children with teachers who are worthy of imitation in thought, word and deed. Evergreen Garden Playschool aims to nurture the development of children’s imaginative capacities; their desire and ability to engage in social and physical activity; their reverence for life, nature, and beauty; their curiosity and sound logical reasoning. We recognize that each child has a unique individuality that must be met with loving acceptance and guidance.
