About Our Auction

*This is just for the preliminary online bids for 20 items in the silent auction - we have more. The final tally will be done at the DMS member picnic Saturday May 27th at 7:00p. Whomever has the highest bid will win at that time*

So, welcome to the opening tease. The auction begins Tuesday May 16th at 10:00pm and will continue till Thursday May 25th at 11:45pm. At that time, the highest bid from the online auction will be used as the BEGINNING bid for the picnic auction Saturday May 27th.

The picnic silent auction will begin at 5:30p and end at exactly 7:00p according to Mark Reynolds watch. Mark Reynolds is the top dog on officiating the silent auction at the picnic - his word is the final word.

The skinny: like other silent auctions, the highest bid will win the item. The item will need to be paid for at the end of the auction on Saturday the 27th by 7:30p we believe we will have two people in attendance to make payments with - Mark Reynolds and Robert Davison. Yes, all things need to be paid for at the time of the auction. If you aren't in attendance YOU WILL NEED TO ASSIGN A PROXY to pay for your item(s). Please understand this is to value everyones time.

If you're desperate for something and can't come:
You can select a proxy to bid and pay for you in your absence (you must write out the item you wish them(s) to bid on, how much you are willing to pay for each item and a statement that they are paying for you that night and repayment is up to you two)
