About Our Auction
All proceeds from this event directly benefit all Kindergarten students in the Garnet Valley School District, as well as more than half of the First and Second Grade students. Proceeds of past auctions have been used to purchase iPads for the classrooms, playground equipment, a new sound system for our gymnasium, to fund school assemblies including visiting authors, to support grade level projects, to provide a grant program for teachers, and much, much more!! This year we are proud to announce that proceeds from the auction will go directly to the renovation of the Concord Elementary School Library! The new library will be a state-of-the-art multimedia learning space filled with movable furniture, technology, and a plethora of books! We are able to do this with the generous support of the businesses we have within the Garnet Valley Community. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this very special event and to enriching the education of our community’s future leaders.
About Home and School Association
The mission of the Garnet Valley Elementary Home and School Association is to facilitate opportunities that enrich the learning environment of our children through fundraising activities and general support of faculty, staff, and administration. The HSA complements and assists to coordinate the direction and goals of the school. We strive to realize our school’s vision "a community of students, families and staff dedicated to supporting our students to reach their social, emotional and academic potential in a safe, caring and inclusive learning environment."
