About Explore the Outdoors: Kansas City

Kansas City is the first stop of CFM’s series of regional events in 2015. The event familiarizes Kansas City residents with the outdoor opportunities in their area while they learn more about the Conservation Federation of Missouri. Attendees will enjoy auctions and a banquet in the evening. Everyone is invited!

The cost for individuals to attend includes a one-year membership to CFM. Spouses and children have a discounted family rate. Children ages six and under attend for free.

Other regional events will occur around Missouri throughout the year, so stay tuned and don’t miss out. Each event will feature different keynote speakers and seminars based on the region.

Since CFM is a 501c3, donations are tax-deductible.

For more information on the event or CFM, please contact Rehan Nana at RNana@confedmo.org or 573-634-2322.

All bids are considered contractually binding. CFM reserves the right to remove or exclude any item listed at its sole discretion. While every effort has been taken to ensure 100% accurate description of each item, they remain subject to change until time of slae, so be sure to double check item descriptions and to confirm any additional details with the item's provider.

About Conservation Federation of Missouri

Mission: To ensure conservation of Missouri’s wildlife and natural resources, and preservation of our state’s rich outdoor heritage through advocacy, education and partnerships.

The Conservation Federation of Missouri is not a branch of state government or an entity of a public agency. CFM is a private organization made up of thousands of Missourians who work together to better our natural resources, and represent Missouri’s citizen conservationists. Actively involved in state and national issues that relate to conservation, the Federation has long been a prominent and effective voice before the Missouri general assembly, the Missouri Department of Conservation and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.

The members of CFM are the conscience of hunters, fishermen, foresters, campers, trappers, hikers, paddlers, birdwatchers and more. CFM speaks for sportsmen and sportswomen whenever and wherever it is necessary, to support our collective opinions on the future of Missouri outdoors. In fact, most of the conservation legislation in Missouri today exists, because of the federation’s strong advocacy work.
