CDI Zeeland Outdoor Int. / Stop Diabetes

Stichting DON (Diabetes Onderzoek Nederland) is in 2006 opgericht door Maarten de Gruyter, zelf diabetes type I patiënt. Het doel is duidelijk: het ondersteunen van fundamenteel diabetesonderzoek in de meest ruime zin van het woord. Fundamenteel onderzoek moet inzicht verschaffen in de oorzaak van de slopende ziekte die niet alleen dodelijk is, maar in veel gevallen ook tot complicaties als blindheid, hart- en vaatziekten, nierfalen en amputaties leidt. De hoop op genezing die diabetespatiënten aan wetenschappelijk onderzoek ontlenen is een onderliggend maar daarmee niet minder waardevol gegeven.

Foundation DON ( Diabetes Research Netherlands ) was founded in 2006 by Martin de Gruyter , self type I diabetes patient. The goal is clear: to support basic diabetes research in the broadest sense of the word. Fundamental research will provide insights into the cause of the debilitating disease that is not only deadly, but in many cases also to complications like blindness , heart disease , kidney failure and amputations leads . The hope of healing that diabetics derive scientific research is a child but not necessarily given less valuable.

CDI3* Zeeland Outdoor International

Van 9 t/m 12 april 2015 zal de tweede editie plaatsvinden van CDI3* Zeeland Outdoor International. Een geweldig evenement waarbij u kunt genieten van dressuursport op topniveau. CDI3* Zeeland Outdoor International biedt startplaatsen voor de beste dressuurruiters in de Grand Prix, lichte tour en voor de jeugd bij de pony's, junioren en young riders.

Een verhaal van dichtbij brengt je soms op een goed idee... CDI3* Zeeland Outdoor International verbind zich aan het goede doel " "Stichting Diabetes OnderzoekNederland"
