Amigos School 8th Grade Trip 2016

At the end of each year, the graduating 8th grade class of the Amigos School takes a trip together, usually to New York City. The trip is academically focused, and is also an opportunity for the students to celebrate the end of their elementary school years together and to experience their increasing independence from their parents. During this year's 3-day trip, the students will be visiting the Museo del Barrio, Top of the Rock, the Lower East Side Tenement Museum, Ellis Island and Times Square, as well as see a Broadway play. Parents and students fundraise throughout the year to ensure that all students in the class will be able to participate in the trip which costs close to $20,000. By participating in this auction, you are helping this great group of kids get to NYC.

Al final de cada año, la clase de 8º grado de graduarse de la Escuela Amigos toma un viaje juntos, por lo general para la ciudad de Nueva York.
