About Our Auction
We hope you enjoy the items that have been so kindly donated!
We thank all our supporters - whether they donate or participate with bidding!

1. The auction will start November 21st at 8:00am and will close on Dec 2nd at 8:00pm. ***PLEASE NOTE you will receive an invoice from the auction site almost immediately after the closing of the auction. It will indicate your items and total. If you DO NOT receive this (please check your spam) email us right away so we can get you your total.
2. Payment is due within 48hrs. So no later than Dec 4th 8:00pm. If payment is not received the item will be offered to the next highest bidder or kept for future auctions.
3. Payment can be sent to hollibellfoundation@gmail.com
4. When sending payment, please indicate which pickup location you would like. See below for options.
5. All goodies are homemade (unless specified). They are home based goodies, made with love.
6. Items will be at pickup locations and must be picked up within the listed time frame. Any item not picked up will return to the Manotick location and can be picked up there no later than December 18th. After this date, items will be re-donated back to The HolliBell Foundation (payments made will be kept as a donation).
7. If there are choices for baked goods - please indicate them in your payment message or email us at hollibellfoundation@gmail.com
8. We will send emails to all pickup locations following the payment deadline. Please wait for the instructions :)
Pickup options - From Dec 8th - 12th (or once you receive an email with all details of address and who to contact)
* Manotick - Anytime after Dec 4th and payment is received
* Almonte - Porch pickup after Dec 8th. Address will be provided when we send out pickup info.
* Barrhaven - Porch pickup from the 8th on. Must schedule a time. Address will be provided when we send out pickup info.
* Kanata - Porch pickup after Dec 8th. Address will be provided when we send out pickup info.
*Nepean - PetSmart Merivale (1585 Merivale *near Meadowlands) Dec 12th at 5:30pm
* Richmond/North Gower - Porch pickup after Dec 8th. Address will be provided when we send out pickup info.
* Kemptville - Dec 10th at 11:00am at the Pet Valu Kemptville.
* Gloucester - Dec 10th at 11:00am Gloucester Shopping center
* Smith Falls/Brockville/Arnprior/Renfrew/Pakenham - arrangements can be made
*Shipping at winners expense.
